Oregon Coast Cape Cod vacation rental located in the historic Taft area of Lincoln City, Oregon. This 1938 boarding house is ideally located steps away from nearly seven miles of sandy beach. Views from this home include beautiful sunsets, breakers on the beach and whale watching. You’re walking distance to restaurants (including the world famous Mo's Restaurant), a movie theater, glass blowing, museums and groceries. The city maintained beach access is directly across the street.

The home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms with separate entrances to three distinct spaces, the perfect location for your family reunion or large group. You’ll be all together but in complete privacy. You can rent the entire house or just one of the four bedroom/seating rooms depending on your needs. Renting the entire space provides four queen beds, two foldout sleepers (with seven-inch thick mattresses) and two futons. Each of the living areas enjoys ocean views. View more photos of the rooms!

The Beach Avenue Beach House features a remodeled maple kitchen and three kitchenettes for your guest’s convenience. A large cedar deck with built-in seating provides a great place to enjoy the sight and sounds of the Oregon surf. A private hot tub, which is professionally cleaned before each rental, will allow you to recharge after spending a day beach combing. The home features four remote controlled gas fireplaces to cozy up to each evening as you watch the sunset over the Pacific Ocean. High speed wireless internet is included along with six televisions and DVD players. All linens are included as well two washers and dryers. All you need to bring is your clothes and food. We’ve included all you paper needs including the paper towels. So come enjoy the Oregon Coast in complete comfort.

The home is located just five miles from the Chinook Winds Casino and less than two miles from the Lincoln City Outlet Mall. You’ll be 15 minutes from the world famous Depot Bay and 30 minutes from the fabulous Oregon Coast Aquarium.
